Q. What time is check-in/check-out?
A. Check-in is from 2:00pm, and check-out is till 11:00am.
Q. Can I stay longer after check-out time, 11:00am?
A. You may stay until 2:00pm at the most. Late check-out charge is ¥1,000 per hour till 2:00pm. After 2:00pm, you will be charger for one night.
Q. Before checking-in or after checking-out, can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
A. We will keep it for you at the fromt desk. Please feel free to let us know.

Q. Can I use my credit card?
A. You may use any of the following credit cards:
AMEX, VISA, DINERS, MASTER CARD, JCB, UNIONPAY
Q. Do you have laundry service?
A. Yes we do. There is a laundry bag in the room. Please bring your clothes to the front desk in the bag and fill out the form.

There are also Coin Laundrys in the hotel.
Q. Can I make copies and send faxes?
A. Yes you may. Please ask the front desk.
Black and white copy is ¥10 and color copy is ¥50 per sheet.
Fax is ¥50 for Japan and ¥100 for overseas per transaction.
Q. Parking fees?
A. ¥1300 per night.
Q. Where is the parking lot?
A. Parking is right next to the hotel in the same premises. Capacity: 18 standard cars (up to 1.55m) and 22 high-roofed cars (up to 2.05m), 40 cars in total
Q. Can I make a reservation for parking lot?
A. Unfortunately, reservation cannot be made, and we will ask you to park at a close-by parking in case our parking is full.
Q. Do you have Internet service in the room?
A. Abosolutely, all rooms have free Internet service. Both, LAN and wireless LAN.
Q. Do you prepare anything to drink in the refrigerater in the room?
A. We prepare empty refrigerators. Please feel free to bring anything you would like. Also, we have vending machines in the hotel.

A. Buffet Style (Japanese and Western) at 1F Breakfast Lounge.
Please buy breakfast tickets at the front desk.
Q. Is there any room service?
A. Unfortunately, we do not provide room service.
Q. Can I get a receipt with my company name?
A. Yes, you may. Every guest pays their room charge at the machine, and a receipt comes out from the machine. We can make a receipt with your company name, so please tell the front desk before you make your payment. If you lose your receipt, we can reissue. However, it will be handwritten with a ""Reissued"" stamp.
